Enforcement Rules of the Household Registration Act Article 13
For the following registrations, the applicant shall furnish originals of proof documents when making an application:1.Birth registration2.Registration of acknowledgement of parentage3.Adoption and/or adoption termination registration4.Marriage and divorce registration. However, for marriages before May 22, 2008 (inclusive), where both concerned parties and two or more witnesses to the wedding come in person to apply for registration, the marriage certificate may be omitted.5.Registration of legal guardianship6.Assistance registration7.Registration of exercising responsibility for the rights and obligations of minor children8.Registration of death or presumption of death9.Initial household registration10. Registration of movement: the registration that creates a new household11. Household separation (combination) registration12. Birthplace registration13. Alteration, revocation, or cancellation registration14. Registration of corrections (not including corrections of transcription errors)15. Registrations done in accordance with other laws

下列登記，申請人應於申請時提出證明文件正本：
一、出生登記。
二、認領登記。
三、收養、終止收養登記。
四、結婚、離婚登記。
但於中華民國九十七年五月二十二日以前（包括九十七年五月二十二日當日）結婚，結婚雙方當事人與二人以上親見公開儀式之證人親自到場辦理登記者，得免提結婚證明文件。
五、監護登記。
六、輔助登記。
七、未成年子女權利義務行使負擔登記。
八、死亡、死亡宣告登記。
九、初設戶籍登記。
十、遷徙登記：單獨立戶者。
十一、分（合）戶登記。
十二、出生地登記。
十三、變更、撤銷或廢止登記。
十四、非過錄錯誤之更正登記。
十五、依其他法律所為之登記。
