Household Registration Act Article 64
Any record of household registration shall not be carried out of the places where they are kept, except for avoiding natural disasters and accidents, census, or as approved by the director of the Household Registration Office.The central competent authority shall stipulate the form and the record's retention period mentioned in the preceding Paragraph.
