Presidential and Vice Presidential Election and Recall Act Article 74
The ballots for the recall of president and vice president shall be printed separately. However, if the president and the vice president are subject to the same recall transferred from the Legislative Yuan, the ballots shall be printed with the president and the vice president listed in conjunction.On the ballots for recall shall be printed two columns, “Agree to Recall” and “Do Not Agree to Recall”, and the voter shall use the voting marker prepared by the election commission to make their selection.After the selection is made, the voter shall not show the ballot to others.

總統、副總統罷免票，應分別印製。
但立法院移送之罷免案，同案罷免總統、副總統時，罷免票應將總統、副總統聯名同列一組印製。
罷免票應在票上刊印同意罷免、不同意罷免二欄，由投票人以選舉委員會製備之工具圈定之。
投票人圈定後，不得將圈定內容出示他人。
