Orders Act Article 5
Individuals offering the following honorable services may be awarded the Order of Chiang Chung-cheng with Grand Cordon by the President in person:1. Outstanding achievement in implementing the Three Principles of the People.2. Outstanding contribution in debunking communism and the building of the nation.3. Outstanding performance in the rehabilitation of Chinese culture.4. Outstanding services in implementing the democratic constitution.

有左列勳勞之一者，得授予中正勳章，由總統親授之：
一、對實踐三民主義有特殊成就者。
二、對反共建國大業有特殊貢獻者。
三、對復興中華文化有特殊表現者。
四、對實施民主憲政有特殊勳勞者。
