Enforcement Rules of the Praise and Commendation Act Article 17
For the dead to be praised and commended by explicit order for life story and worshiped in Academia Historical according to Article 6 of this Act, the Office of the President shall be responsible for relevant procedures.For the dead to be listed in the general history of province (city) and county (city), the preliminary review authority shall make application to the Ministry of the Interior.

依本條例第六條受明令褒揚人之生平事蹟宣付國史館者，由總統府辦理。
