Enforcement Rules of the Praise and Commendation Act Article 16
For the dead to be venerated in the National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine or local martyrs’ shrine according to Article 5 of this Act, the preliminary review authority shall transfer the case to the Ministry of National Defense or the Ministry of the Interior for processing according to the “Implementation measure for the burial, commemoration, and praise of officers and soldiers who fight in the national army or sacrifice for the public” or “Regulations for the martyrs’ shrine”.

依本條例第五條入祀國民革命忠烈祠或地方忠烈祠者，由初審機關依國軍作戰或因公亡故官兵安葬紀念表揚實施辦法或忠烈祠祀辦法分轉國防部或內政部辦理。
