Oath Act Article 3
Civil servants specified in the preceding article shall take an oath when assuming office.The persons specified in Subparagraph 1 of the preceding article shall take an oath on alternative dates when they fail to take an oath on designated dates.The persons specified in Subparagraphs 2 to 11 shall take an oath on alternative dates within 3 months if they start to hold the post under specific circumstances earlier than the designated date.

前條公職人員應於就職時宣誓。
前條第一款人員，因故未能於規定之日宣誓就職者，應另定日期舉行宣誓。
前條第二款至第十一款人員，因特殊情形先行任事者，應於三個月內補行宣誓。
