Law:: Local Government Act
Chinese:: 地方制度法第1條

This Act is enacted in accordance with Article 118 of the Constitution of the Republic of China and Paragraph 1, Article 9 of the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China.Local governments shall comply with the provisions of this Act. Matters not provided for hereunder shall be governed by other applicable laws.

本法依中華民國憲法第一百十八條及中華民國憲法增修條文第九條第一項制定之。
地方制度依本法之規定，本法未規定者，適用其他法律之規定。
