Act for the Establishment and Administration of the Security Fund for Police Officers, Firefighters, Coast Guard Personnel, Immigration Officers, Air Crews and Volunteer Forces Article 8
Committees meeting shall be called and chaired by the Committee convener. When the convener is unable to perform his/her duties, the vice-convener shall act on his/her behalf. If the vice-convener is unable to perform his/her duties, the convener shall designate a Committee member to act on his/her behalf.

管理會會議由召集人召集並擔任主席，召集人因故無法執行職務時，由副召集人代理之。
