Revenue for the Fund is generated from the following sources:1. NT$1 billion appropriation from the Executive Yuan to be budgeted over a 9-year span as NT$200 million in Year 1 and NT$100 million in each of the subsequent 8 years.2. Donations from various sectors of society.3. Income from interest payments and utilization of the Fund.4. Other related revenue.This Fund is a revolving fund.

本基金之來源如下：
一、由行政院分九年編列預算新臺幣十億元撥入本基金，第一年撥新臺幣二億元，之後八年每年撥新臺幣一億元。

三、本基金之孳息收入及其運用之收入。
四、本基金之其他收入。
