Taiwan Police College Organization Act Article 3
The College shall establish the following offices and facilities:1. Academic Affairs Office: responsible for academic affairs.2. Guidance Office: responsible for discipline and graduate (personnel) counseling.3. General Affairs Office: responsible for general administration.4. Secretariat: responsible for matters related to meetings, legal affairs, research, documents, official seals, and archives.5. Forensics Laboratory: responsible for all types of scientific experimentation, research, and appraisal related to police matters.6. Library: responsible for library management.The above-mentioned units may be organized into sections to handle specific tasks.

三、總務處：掌理有關總務事項。
四、秘書室：掌理有關會議、法規、研考、文書、印信及檔案事項。
五、科學實驗室：掌理有關警察各種科學之實驗、研究及鑑定事項。
六、圖書館：掌理有關圖書館管理事項。
前項各處得分組辦事。
