Consumer Protection Act Article 57

A trader evading, obstructing or refusing any investigation conducted by the competent authorities in accordance with the paragraph 6 of Article 17, Article 33 or Article 38 shall be punished each time by an administrative fine of NT$30,000 to NT$300,000.
