A trader violating any of Articles 24, 25 or 26, and failing to take corrective actions ordered by the competent authorities within the time limit prescribed by the competent authorities, shall be punished by an administrative fine of NT$20,000 to NT$200,000.

違反第二十四條、第二十五條或第二十六條規定之一者，經主管機關通知改正而逾期不改正者，處新臺幣二萬元以上二十萬元以下罰鍰。
