When the Fund is closed, its assets and liabilities shall be assumed in full by the National Treasury.The restrictions in Article 4 of the Public Debt Act shall not apply to the assumption of Fund assets by the National Treasury pursuant to the preceding paragraph.

本基金結束時，其資產與負債由國庫概括承受。
