Administrative Appeal Act Article 74
The agency with jurisdiction of administrative appeal may by its ex officio or according to the application of the administrative appellant or intervenor appellant to conduct an inspection for the necessary item or place.The agency with jurisdiction of administrative appeal shall notify the administrative appellant, intervenor appellant or relevant person to appear at the date, time, and place of the inspection according to last Paragraph.

受理訴願機關得依職權或依訴願人、參加人之申請，就必要之物件或處所實施勘驗。
受理訴願機關依前項規定實施勘驗時，應將日、時、處所通知訴願人、參加人及有關人員到場。
