Act on Promoting Transitional Justice Article 13
A resolution of the TJC requires the approval of a majority of the commissioners present at a meeting attended by not less than one-half the number of commissioners.The approval of a majority of all commissioners is required for finalization of the hardcopy reports that the TJC submits to the Premier in accordance with the provisions of Article 11, paragraphs 1 and 3.Any member of the TJC may express a dissenting opinion or a concurring opinion on the report of the preceding paragraph.

促轉會之決議，應經過半數委員之出席，及出席委員過半數之同意行之。
促轉會依第十一條第一項及第三項規定向行政院長提出之書面報告，其定稿應經全體委員過半數同意通過。
