Act on Promoting Transitional Justice Article 11-2
After the TJC is dissolved, matters of transitional justice that shall be done by the country shall be handed over to the respective competent central governing authorities:1. Redressing judicial and administrative wrongs and matters of identifying and dealing with perpetrators shall be done by the authority responsible for justice.2. Matters of removing authoritarian symbols shall be done by the authority responsible for interior affairs.3. Preserving sites where injustices were committed shall be done by the authority responsible for cultural affairs.4. Matters of caring and treating political victims and their family members of their political violence trauma shall be done by the authority responsible for health and welfare.5. Educational matters of transitional justice shall be done by the authority responsible for education.6. Matters with regard to the revenues, expenditures, safekeeping, and use of funds for promoting transitional justice shall be done by the National Development Council.7. Other matters regarding transitional justice shall be specified by the Executive Yuan. The same shall apply if there are any changes to the central governing authorities for matters specified in the previous six subparagraphs.When the matters under the previous subparagraphs involve the duties or authorities of different agencies (organizations), the government agencies (organizations) at all levels shall cooperate.The central governing authority handling the individual matters under Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 1 to 3 may adhere to Article 14 to 17. The same shall apply if the National Development Council handles matters under Article 2, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 1 and Article 18.

促轉會解散後，國家應辦理之轉型正義事項，依下列各款規定移交予各該中央主管機關辦理：
一、平復司法不法、行政不法，與識別及處置加害者事項，由法務主管機關辦理。
二、清除威權象徵事項，由內政主管機關辦理。
三、保存不義遺址事項，由文化主管機關辦理。
四、照顧療癒政治受難者及其家屬之政治暴力創傷事項，由衛生福利主管機關辦理。
五、轉型正義教育事項，由教育主管機關辦理。
六、促進轉型正義基金之收支、保管及運用事項，由國家發展委員會辦理。
七、其他轉型正義事項，由行政院指定之；前六款所定事項需變更中央主管機關者，亦同。
前項各款事項，涉及各機關（構）之職掌或業務時，各級政府機關（構）應配合辦理。
第一項第一款至第三款之中央主管機關執行各該款所定事項，得依第十四條至第十七條規定辦理；國家發展委員會辦理第二條第二項第一款及第十八條事項，亦同。
