Act on Promoting Transitional Justice Article 11-1
After the TJC is dissolved according to Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Executive Yuan shall organize the Transitional Justice Board. The Premier of the Executive Yuan shall serve as the convener and shall be in charge of the organization, coordination, and overseeing of the matters under Article 2, Paragraph 2 and the mission conclusion report under Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article.
