Code for Handling Year 2000 Millennium Digital Ordinal Year Disputes Article 2
Definitions of terms as used in this law are as follows:1. Digital ordinal year misplacement: indicating the mistakes resulting from any and all computers' or automatic machines' components, products, instructions, programs and affiliated systems, independent of or built into other components or products, which are incapable of correctly judging or handling data related to the Year 2000 ordinal year problems.2. Enterprises: indicating business entities of companies,sole proprietorship, orpartnership, as well as individuals and groups, which provide goods or services for trading.

本法所用名詞定義如下︰一、資訊年序錯置︰指以一切獨立或內建於他組件或產品之電腦或自動化機器之組件、產品，及指令、程式以及關聯系統，於輸出入、顯示、判讀、計算、排序、儲存、傳遞或以他法處理資訊時，不能正確判斷或處理與公元二千年年序相關之資料，所產生之錯誤處置結果。
