Organizational Act of the Executive Yuan Article 4
The Executive Yuan establishes the Councils or Commissions as follows:１.the National Development Council;２.the National Science and Technology Council.;３.the Mainland Affairs Council;４.the Financial Supervisory Commission;５.the Ocean Affairs Council;６.the Overseas Community Affairs Council;７.the Veterans Affairs Council;８.the Council of Indigenous Peoples; and９.the Hakka Affairs Council.
