Regulations for Application Fee Concerning Registration of Pledges of Copyright

These Regulations are adopted pursuant to Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.

Fees for applications for registrations of copyright pledges are as follows:1. The fee for each application for creation of a pledge is NTD3,000.2. The fee for each application for assignment, alteration, extinguishment, or restriction of disposition of a pledge is NTD2,000.

These Regulations shall come into force from the date of issuance.
