Organization Act of the Administration of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs Article 2
The Administration shall be in charge of the following matters:1.Planning and drafting policies, laws, and regulation for the development of commerce.2.Comprehensively guiding, supervising, and coordinating relevant business affairs.3.Providing incentives, subsidies and counseling for innovation, research and development, carbon reduction adaptation, marketing, and promotion of the commercial service industry.4.Devising, planning and implementing international cooperation and exchanges of the commercial service industry.5.Dealing with the reservation, registration and management of company and limited partnership name and business scope.6.Planning, promotion, providing consultant and administering the retail market.7.Managing business administrative data and information.8.Handling other matters related to the development of commercial service industry and administrative affairs.

七、商工行政資料管理及服務。
八、其他有關商業服務業發展及行政事項。
