Measures for Filing, Updating and Reporting of Trustee Information and Disclosure of Trust Status for Non-trust Sectors under Article 11, Paragraph 6 of the Money Laundering Control Act Article 4

Trustees of non-trust Sectors shall report or update information in accordance with the method specified by the competent authority or competent authority of the target enterprise of the Sectors.The initial reporting of information shall be completed within thirty days from the date of establishment of the trust relationship; the reporting of changes in information shall be completed within thirty days from the date of change in information.
