Act Governing Retirement, Severance, and Bereavement Compensation Under the Individual Account System for the Teaching and Other Staff of Public Educational Institutions Article 70
The provisions of this Act apply, mutatis mutandis, to the retirement payments, severance pay, bereavement compensation, and resignation-related refunds of the staff members of a private elementary or junior high school that meets the following criteria:1. The school district zoning and school admission placements for students are determined by the government in the same manner as for public elementary or junior high schools.2. The school's personnel and business expenses are handled using a government budget allocation.

私立國民中小學符合下列條件者，其教職員之退休、資遣、撫卹、離職退費，準用本條例之規定：
一、比照公立國民中小學由政府劃分學區，分發學生入學。
二、學校人事及辦公經費由政府編列預算支應。
