Act Governing Retirement, Severance, and Bereavement Compensation Under the Individual Account System for the Teaching and Other Staff of Public Educational Institutions Article 5
Payments that a staff member or their survivors may claim pursuant to this Act are divided into retirement money, severance pay, retirement and compensation funds, and bereavement compensation（hereunder collectively referred to as "retirement and benefit payments"）.
