Act Governing the Closure of Private Educational Institutions at Senior High School or Higher Level Article 1
This Act is enacted to establish the Closure of Private Educational Institutions at Senior High School or Higher Level (hereinafter referred to as “the school”) for the purpose of protecting students’ rights to education and teachers’ and staff members’ interests under the impact of low birth rates.For matters not covered in this Act, the provisions in the Private School Law shall apply.
