Special Act for Post-Disaster Reconstruction of the Matai'an River Landslide Dam in Hualien Article 12
The implementation period of this Act and its special budget shall commence from the date of promulgation until March 31, 2027. However, the provisions stipulated in Subparagraph 1, Subparagraph 2 Item 1, and Subparagraph 7 Items 1 to 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 4 shall remain in effect until December 31, 2030. Upon expiration of the implementation period of this Act and its special budget, an extension may be granted with the consent of the Legislative Yuan.

本條例及其特別預算施行期間，自公布日施行至中華民國一百十六年三月三十一日止。
但第四條第一項第一款、第二款第一目、第七款第一目至第三目規定施行至一百十九年十二月三十一日止。
本條例及其特別預算施行期間屆滿，得經立法院同意延長之。
