Regulations Governing the Collection of Fees for Mediation of Contract Performance Disputes for Cases Concerning Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects Article 15
These Regulations shall come into force from the date designated by the Ministry of Finance.The amended provisions of these Regulations shall enter into force as from the date of promulgation.
