Regulations Governing the Notification of Military Exercise and Training Field Areas Article 9
When the Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives a request from ad-hoc foreign ships, vessels, or aircraft for permission to pass through the airspace or territorial waters of the Republic of China, it shall notify the Ministry of National Defense with the intended passage times and routes.
