Regulations Governing the Notification of Military Exercise and Training Field Areas Article 5
The announcement of the military exercise field may be made by the military authority to the notified authorities through one or more of the following methods:(1)Issuance of a flight notice or maritime notice.(2)Use of broadcasting or wireless communication.(3)Traffic control notices or the establishment of temporary traffic control facilities.(4)Other appropriate methods.

演訓場域之公告，經軍事機關通報受通報機關以下列全部或一部方式為之：
一、發布飛航公告或航船布告。

三、交通管制告示或布設臨時交通管制設施。
