The term "related authorities" as referred to in Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act includes government agencies (or bodies), public legal persons, and corporations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "notified authorities").If the military exercise or military training (hereinafter collectively referred to as "military exercises") takes place in privately owned fields, the military authority shall obtain the consent of the field’s manager or owner prior to issuing the notification.The airspace of the exercise field shall be managed in accordance with the regulations set forth by the competent authorities of national defense and civil aviation.

本條例第三條第一項第一款所稱相關機關，包含政府機關（構）、公法人及法人團體（以下合稱受通報機關）。
軍事演習或軍事訓練（以下合稱演訓）場域屬私有者，軍事機關通報前，應取得場域管理人或所有權人同意。
演訓場域之空域範圍，另依國防、民航主管機關規定辦理。
