The Servicemember Relief Act Article 7
Whereas the causes for the suspension of execution in paragraph 2 of the preceding Article cease to exist, or whereas there exists rebus sic stantibus, the Protection Committee, Appeal Review Authority, and the agency rendering disposition or measure may, by its authority or petition, vacate the said suspension of execution.
