The Servicemember Relief Act Article 5
No less favorable revision or decision by an Appeal Review Authority, Protection Committee, and Service Tribunal shall be made vis-a-vis the disagreement submitted by a servicemember in its complaint for appeal, re-appeal, petition for deliberation, or administrative litigation pursuant to this Act.
