Anyone undertaking the obligation through an independent juridical act has the capacity to petition for deliberation.Anyone without the capacity to petition for deliberation shall be represented by its statutory agent for actions in a petition.Matters concerning the statutory agent in a petition for deliberation shall be subject to the Civil Code.
