Organization Act of the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency of the Ministry of National Defense Article 2
The Agency shall be in charge of the following affairs:1.Planning, supervising and executing military mobilization policies.2.Assisting the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies (institutions) as well as municipal and county (city) governments in planning, supervising and executing all-out defense mobilization policies.3.Planning, supervising and executing military mobilization and assisting Executive Yuan and its subordinateagencies (institutions) as well as municipal and county (city) governments in planning, supervising and executing all-out defense mobilization drills.4.Planning and executing the arrangement, recruitment, drafting, training and mobilization readiness of reserve forces.5.Planning and executing policies for management and service of military reserves, and mobilization management information system.6.Planning and supervising mobilization policies on military supplies, military transportation, and military industry; assisting the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies (institutions) as well as municipal and county (city) governments in planning and executing related affairs.7.Other affairs relating to the readiness of all-out defense mobilization and military mobilization.

本署掌理下列事項：
一、國軍軍事動員政策之規劃、督導及執行。
二、協助行政院與所屬機關（構）、直轄巿、縣（市）政府全民防衛動員政策之規劃、督導及執行。
三、國軍軍事動員、協助行政院與所屬機關（構）、直轄巿、縣（市）政府全民防衛動員演訓之規劃、督導及執行。
四、後備部隊編組、選充、召集、訓練與動員整備之規劃及執行。
五、後備軍人管理、服務與動員管理資訊系統政策之規劃及執行。
六、軍需物資、軍事運輸、軍需工業動員政策之規劃、督導；協助行政院與所屬機關（構）、直轄巿、縣（市）政府相關事項之規劃及執行。
七、其他有關全民防衛動員及軍事動員業務之整備事項。
