New Immigrants Basic Act Article 6
The government shall annually review and improve matters related to the overall support for New Immigrants. This review shall include:1. The basic direction of the government’s New Immigrant support policy.2. Specific measures of the government's New Immigrant support policy across various fields.3. An analysis of the performance and outcomes of relevant specific measures.4. Sources and allocation of funds for New Immigrant support.5. Other matters related to New Immigrant support.When proposing, finalizing, or reviewing specific measures for New Immigrant support, the government may consult with relevant scholars, experts, and representatives of non-governmental organizations.

政府應每年針對我國新住民總體支持事項檢討並改進，其內容應包括下列事項：
一、我國新住民支持政策之基本方向。
二、我國新住民支持政策於各領域中之具體措施。
三、相關具體措施之成效分析。
四、新住民支持經費之來源及分配。
五、其他新住民支持相關事項。
研擬、訂定或檢討新住民支持具體措施時，得邀集相關學者專家及民間團體代表列席提供意見。
