New Immigrants Basic Act Article 10
The government shall implement measures related to life adaptation counseling, medical and reproductive health care, employment rights protection, education and cultural enhancement, child rearing and education support, personal safety protection, regulatory and institution strengthening, and implementation of concept promotion, to safeguard the rights of New Immigrants and their children in the Taiwan area.For the service measures in the preceding Paragraph, the government shall strive to provide multilingual services.

政府應辦理生活適應輔導、醫療生育保健、就業權益保障、提升教育文化、協助子女教養、人身安全保護、健全法令制度及落實觀念宣導等相關措施，以維護新住民及其子女在臺之權益。
