Regulations for the Organization and Operation of the Investigation Panel on the Use of Police Weapons Article 11
When the Panel ex officio investigates a Controversial Incident, it may request the police agency, with which the officer who has used police weapons is affiliated, to provide relevant data as prescribed in the following subparagraphs:1. The course of the incident.2. The update of the investigation and disposition.3. Other matters needed to be investigated.If the data prescribed in the preceding paragraph has an audio record and a visual record or other supporting materials, they shall be submitted together.

本小組依職權調查爭議事件時，得要求警械使用者所屬機關就下列事項提供相關資料：
