Pedestrian Traffic Safety Facilities Act Article 10
The central competent authority, together with the Ministry of Transportation, shall annually evaluate and announce the implementation effectiveness of the pedestrian traffic safety facilities improvement plans of each competent authority of the special municipality or county/city governmentsIf the annual evaluation performance of each competent authority of the special municipality or county/city governmentsis poor, the central competent authority and the Ministry of Transportation may reduce the subsidy amount for the relevant road traffic improvement plan.

中央主管機關應會同交通部每年考評及公布各直轄市、縣（市）主管機關行人交通安全設施改善計畫之執行成效。
各直轄市、縣（市）主管機關年度考評績效不佳者，中央主管機關及交通部得減列相關道路交通改善計畫之補助額度。
