Organization Act of National New Immigrants Development Agency, Ministry of the Interior Article 5
To meet operational needs, the Agency may, upon approval by the Executive Yuan, assign personnel to overseas duties, which shall be governed by the Organization Act of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
