Organization Act of National New Immigrants Development Agency, Ministry of the Interior Article 1
To safeguard the spirit of multiculturalism and the basic rights and interests of new immigrants, the Ministry of the Interior shall establish National New Immigrants Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) to undertake centralized planning and coordination, and to administer matters relating to new immigrants.
