Enforcement Rules of the Control Act Article 33
A plaintiff or stakeholder may apply for a review in any of the following circumstances:1. New facts or new evidence found is sufficient to overturn or bring into question the facts of the original investigation decision.2. The original investigator has failed to consider important evidence relating to the case.3. There are clear errors in the statutes applied in the original investigation opinion.

原訴人或利害關係人申請覆查，以有左列情事之一者為限：
一、發現新事實或新證據，足以推翻或動搖原調查認定之事實者。
二、對案情有關之重要證據，原調查人員漏未斟酌者。
三、原調查意見適用法令顯有錯誤者。
