Enforcement Rules of the Control Act Article 31
In cases of impeachment, censure or corrective measures that are not established after investigation, the original investigators, plaintiffs or stakeholders can apply for review.The deadline for review applications shall be three years from the date that the Control Yuan issued notification of the investigation results. In cases where notification has not been made according to provisions, the deadline shall be calculated from the date that the investigation report was presented.

調查案件經處理後不成立彈劾案、糾舉案或糾正案者，原調查人員、原訴人或利害關係人，均得申請覆查。
申請覆查期限，自本院將調查處理結果復函發文之日起計算，期間三年。
但依規定不予函復者，自提出調查報告之日起計算。
