Enforcement Rules of the Civil Service Training and Continuing Education Act Article 11

Attendees who are chosen in accordance with the Act to attend full-time continuing education programs, either at domestic or foreign institutions, shall be granted a sabbatical for the duration of the program.Those who, in accordance with the Act, are chosen to or who voluntarily choose to apply for participation in part-time continuing education programs and receive permission to do so shall be limited to an office leave of no more than 8 hours per week per person.
