While the CSPTC finds a petition for re-consideration is without merits, it shall dismiss it by a decision.While there is a decision in the preceding paragraph, the petition for re-consideration shall not be filed upon the same reason.
中文原文 公務人員保障法第99條
保訓會認為再審議無理由者，應以決定駁回之。
經前項決定後，不得更以同一原因申請再審議。
