A petition for re-consideration may be withdrawn before theCSPTC makes a decision.While there is a withdrawal in the preceding paragraph, the petition for re-consideration shall not be filed upon the same reason.

再審議之申請，於保訓會作成決定前得撤回之。
為前項撤回者，不得更以同一原因申請再審議。
