A service shall be made to a petitioner’s agent unless the authorization to receive a service is restricted. However, the service may be made to the petitioner when the CSPTC deems it necessary.

復審代理人除受送達之權限受有限制者外，送達應向該代理人為之。
但保訓會認為必要時，得送達於復審人本人。
