The decision for a deliberation case is made through document review.The CSPTC may, if necessary, notify the petitioner or any third party with interest at stake to the designated place to state his/her opinion and to be inquired.When the petitioner requests for stating his/her opinion with reasonable grounds, he/she shall be given the chance to appear at the designated place to state his/her opinion.

復審就書面審查決定之。
保訓會必要時，得通知復審人或有關人員到達指定處所陳述意見並接受詢問。
復審人請求陳述意見而有正當理由者，應予到達指定處所陳述意見之機會。
