Civil Service Protection Act Article 31

If a petitioner fails to file a petition within the period stipulated in the preceding Article as a result of act of god or other causes not attributed to her/him, he/she may request in writing, describing the reasons, the CSPTC for recovery within 10 days after the reasons were eliminated. However, it is not allowed to do so while the petition period has expired for more than 1 year.One who requests for recovery shall take petition action required within the original period at the same time.
中文原文 公務人員保障法第31條
復審人因天災或其他不應歸責於己之事由，致遲誤前條之復審期間者，於其原因消滅後十日內，得以書面敘明理由向保訓會申請回復原狀。
但遲誤復審期間已逾一年者，不得為之。
申請回復原狀，應同時補行期間內應為之復審行為。
