Civil Service Protection Act Article 1

This Act is enacted to protect the rights and interests of civil servants. The matters with no applicable provisions in this Act shall be governed by other relevant laws.
中文原文 公務人員保障法第1條
為保障公務人員之權益，特制定本法。
本法未規定者，適用其他有關法律之規定。
